Each mix consists of four starships; within each mix there includes a single "Chase" variant of one of the four ships with a battle-damaged decoration. These can be identified by the blue background surrounding the name on the packaging (as opposed to silver), a silver background surrounding its series number on the J-hook (as opposed to red) and the series logo reading "Starships Select Variant" as opposed to simply "Starships Select".
